Is governement healthcare constitutional?

2009 June 27 post from voodoo

Great read at the Wall Street Journal that makes a compelling case that the government can not provide healthcare and maintain Supreme Court precedent that guarantee personal privacy (Roe vs. Wade).  Simply put,  if a persons body and medical records are a private matter, then the government can't force citizens into a healthcare program that violates their right to make personal medical decisions.

Or! Maybe we can overturn Roe v. Wade! That should make the liberals happy...if under their Messiah the right to kill babies is taken away from them.
