"I'll Speak with YO MAMA Outside"

2009 July 23 post from skipintro

The Harvard Professor, Henry Louis Gates, Jr. yelled "I'll speak with your mama outside" and other outrageous remarks at a police office investigating a complaint that two men were breaking into a house.

Fact is, two men were breaking into a house (it happened to be the house that Dr. Gates was renting).

Our President and the "African American" community seem eager to make this a race issue.

You can see the police report at The Smoking Gun.com

JULY 23--Here are the police reports detailing the confrontation last week between Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and Cambridge cops, who were condemned last night by President Barack Obama for acting "stupidly" in arresting the African-American "scholar." Cops responded to Gates's house after neighbor Lucia Whalen reported spotting "two black males with backpacks" trying to gain entry to the home (Gates, returning home from a trip overseas, and his driver were contending with a stuck front door). The Cambridge Police Department reports, authored by Sergeant James Crowley and Officer James Figueroa, quote an incensed Gates yelling, "This is what happens to black men in America!," and, when asked by Crowley to speak with him outside the residence, Gates replied, "ya, I'll speak with your mama outside." A disorderly conduct rap was filed against Gates, but quickly dropped by prosecutors. Gates is reportedly considering legal action against the Cambridge police. (3 pages)

Barack H. Obama, eagar to start class and race wars, has fanned the flames, calling the police "stupid."

See the New York Times stories on this case. For the Harvard Alumns reading this: please write to Harvard and urge them to fire "Professor" Gates. He's clearly an idiot.

Frankly, he's lucky he didn't get shot.

The "African American" community is now also calling the woman who reported the break-in a "racist" and a "profiler". Now I'll know I should never get involved or pay any attention to the saftey and security of the property of African American neighbors, lest I be called a racist, too. One glaring fact: the lock was broken because of a prior break-in! This neighbor, on alert because of break-ins in the neighborhood, was trying to be helpful. Now the "African Americans" are smearing her on the Internet, and publishing her address and phone number.

Obama really shouldn't have stuck his nose in this...but at least it keeps him busy.

"I would hope that the richness of the life experience of a Hawaiian-American male without benefit of the facts would provide a better judgement/decision than that of a white male policeman doing his job".
