UPDATED: Air Force One used as tool of terrorism

2009 April 28 post from voodoo

So the rocket scientists at the DoD thought it would be a grand idea to fly Air Force One, a boeing 747 winged by 2 F-16's no less, low over the financial disctrict of New York city... for a photo op.  Of course, it naturally caused a panic with many buildings being evacuated, calls to 911 and general chaos, and a rightfully furious Mayor Bloomberg.

The White House claims to have contacted Mayor Bloombergs office to notify them, but no one seemed to notify Bloomberg until well after the incident.  If we define terrorism as those who incite terror, this can be considered no less than terrorism of those in NY city by our own government.  I'm sure the Obama-nation doesn't see it that way; but if I can sue over a mirror in a restroom, I should be able to sue the government for making me feel like I'm about to relieve 9/11 at my place of business in downtown NY city!

You can clearly hear a woman saying, "Oh my God, that's not normal...it's a hijacking... I know it..."    This is what our government who 'protects us from terrorism' does to its citizens on a good day!

UPDATE:  This story gets better with every passing day.  It was a photo op to get a shot of AF1 with the Statue of Liberty in the background.  Cost... $328k....cost for Photoshop...under 1K... nice one!

Also, the DoD KNEW it would cause panic and did inform some authorities in NYC, but demanded they NOT share the information and maintain secrecy.  They even threatened federal sanctions if anyone shared the information.  Classy move DoD...CLASSY!

If this doesn't make you anti-national government and huge proponent of states rights... congrats... you're a fascist!

And the White House reported that BHO was angry, and called a special meeting of those responsible. But I can't believe for one minute that HE didn't know the whereabouts of AF-1 in advance of the event.
